Ok why do I care if my body is in Ketosis?
Normally the body burns glucose for energy, when the body is in ketosis it burns STORED FATS instead.

How do I put my body into Ketosis?
Eat less than 20 grams of Carbohydrates (carbs) per day. Carbs are found in things like starches, grains and foods high in sugar. Including, bread, flour, rice, pasta, beans, potatoes, sugar, syrup, cereals, fruits, bagels and soda.

Why do carbs matter?
Carbs are broken down into glucose in our bodies for energy. Normally the body burns glucose for energy, however when no carbs are available the body burns fat instead. While in ketosis the body burns fat all day instead of carbs.
